Meet "Daisy Duke"! I made this doll for my widowed father-in-law for his 90th birthday. He got a kick out of Daisy and her lovely legs on Dukes of Hazzard, so I made him his own Daisy Duke! He thought she was PERFECT! He couldn't quite figure out how I got those toes and fingers to look so real. I keep this doll in my project room as a reminder of how much he enjoyed her. He passed away at age 94 in 2007.
(The red ribbon is first place for me at our local fair....I entered her prior to giving her to dad)
What a touching story, Karen, rather bitter/sweet. Look at those legs!! My, my, they are to die for. I just love the toes!
